Recent reports have revealed that the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition that is scheduled to go official in China tomorrow has a 21121210C model number. It is expected to get rebranded as the POCO F4 GT in the global markets. Tipster Abhishek Yadav has revealed that the POCO F4 GT with model number 21121210G has bagged multiple certifications, which indicates its launch could be drawing near. So it means POCO F4 GT will be launched in Qatar soon.
The device is backed by a pair of 2,280mAh (rated value) batteries. It offers a combined capacity of 4,650mAh. The handset carries support for Hi-Res Audio. The rear schematic of the phone suggests that it will house a square-shaped camera module.
The retail package of the POCO handset will include a mobile phone, a charging brick, a USB-C cable, SIM eject tool, a USB-C to 3.5mm headphone adapter, a protective case, Quick Start Guide, Warranty Guide, and Safety Information. While the EEC and TUV certifications reveal POCO branding for the 21121210G handset, the IMEI listing (spotted last month) shows that it may carry a marketing name of POCO F4 GT.
Last year, the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition, which debuted in China, was rebranded as the POCO F3 GT in the global market. Hence, it is likely that the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition could be rebadged as the POCO F4 GT. The K50 Gaming is expected to arrive with specs like a 6.67-inch 120Hz FHD+ OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, up to 12 GB of RAM, up to 256 GB of storage, a 4,700mAh battery with 120W fast charging, a 20-megapixel front camera, and Sony IMX686 64-megapixel triple camera unit.
